With a strong background in marketing and operations, Caxie excels at identifying problems and implementing strategic solutions that drive efficiency and growth. Her proactive approach and innovative strategies have contributed to increasing the firm’s client base and strengthening its market position. She also assists with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and providing the necessary training and support with the different software and technology to help them integrate effectively into the firm’s operations.
